TSF and Massage Therapy in Sea Girt

Last week, I had the pleasure of getting a complimentary service at Massage Heights Sea Girt.  Massages are great, who doesn't LOVE to relax but my "freshly forty" self is more interested in anti-aging treatments these days.  I decided to review the HydraFacial experience.  While I am no stranger to a great HydraFacial, I will say that this experience was one of my best! The technician Patti is a PRO!  She recently left a high-end resort to bring her talents closer to our beach towns and we are lucky to have her. If you are over thirty and unfamiliar with what a Hydrafacial is, let me share the deets.

The treatment starts with cleansing the skin.  Dead skin cells are removed. Then the machine vacuums out dirt, oil, and impurities, while hydrating, plumping, and nourishing serums are applied INTO the skin.  The process allows the lotions and potions to penetrate more deeply, hence the anit-aging benefits.  Of course, I am not a skincare professional, so I am sure it can be explained even better, but that is the jist!

Specific STANDOUTS about Massage Heights?  The technician Patti AND the softest sheets I have ever laid upon (same ones the Ritz Carlton uses) AND the beds have breast plates (doesn't matter much for my flat chest but it is an amazing comfort for my well endowed friends)!

The glow after a hydrafacial is undeniable.  The benefits are many.  If you are local to the Jersey Shore, specifically my Monmouth County readers.......

RUN....DON'T WALK to Massage Heights in Sea Girt!

ThirtySomethingFashion received a complimentary service for this review but all opinions and photos are my own.
